AUVRE

/ OH-vruh /

9 people in Los Angeles
are meant for you.

September 25, 8:00 PM

Everyone finds out at once.

thousands of people are waiting.

How it works

One

Connect your TikTok

TikTok lets you download everything you've ever watched, searched, and engaged with. You request the export from inside the TikTok app and upload the file to us. The raw archive is deleted within sixty seconds. We keep only the patterns.

Two

Get your Auvre

Auvre, from the French œuvre — the body of work an artist creates over a lifetime. Yours is everything you've watched at 2am, every search you didn't tell anyone about, every comment left when no one was looking. We read it back to you. Most people say: how does it know that.

Three

Wait for the reveal

On September 25 at 8:00 PM, every Auvre in Los Angeles meets its match. Same moment, same city, no swiping. The wait is the point.

If you're not ready yet

Leave your email. We'll write once, on September 25.

The app is already live if you want your Auvre early.

Questions you might have

What is this.
Auvre is a dating app that reads what you actually watch on TikTok — not what you'd write about yourself — and finds the person whose patterns line up with yours. The first city is Los Angeles, and everyone's first match is revealed at the same moment on September 25 at 8:00 PM.
How is it different from other dating apps.
Other dating apps ask you to write yourself into existence. We already know who you are — at least the version that comes out when no one is performing. There's no swiping, no quiz, no curated persona. Your Auvre is the most honest thing about you, and so is theirs.
What about my privacy.
Your TikTok export is deleted within sixty seconds of upload. We never store the videos, the searches, or the comments themselves — only the patterns we read in them. Full details in the privacy policy.
Why TikTok data.
Because no one performs on TikTok the way they perform on Hinge. What stops your scroll, what you search at 2am, what you keep coming back to — that's a portrait of you. A real one. We treat it like a body of work — an œuvre — and read it carefully.
What happens September 25.
At 8:00 PM Pacific, every person in Los Angeles who has uploaded their Auvre receives the same notification at the same second. Inside is the first person we think you should know. After that, the app behaves like a dating app — except every introduction is something we already had a reason to believe in.
Do I have to live in LA.
For now, yes. The reveal moment only works at scale, in one place at one time. Los Angeles is first. Other cities follow once we know the night went the way it should.
